Obviously, Splish Splash is a neon blue creme - with a pretty shimmer just like the others have. But I also applied two coats of China Glaze's 'Luxe and Lush', which is a clear formula with transparent/opalescent shimmers. I personally find flakie's to be really annoying to apply, I think it's because you cannot really control where the flakes are going to go. Plus these flakes are so sheer, they do tend to crumple a little.... yup, a precious little polish this one is! Finally I applied a coat of Seche Vite - which really neatened the flakes and made everything even and smooth.

Flakie Neon!
China Glaze's 'Splish Splash' is the third polish I own from the 2012 Neon Collection. Although I'm still undecided if I will buy the rest, I sure have enjoyed wearing the ones I have :) Just to mix things up a little, I wanted to come up with a combination that isn't really something you come across often in a nail polish. A neon flakie!
